Let’s get ready for your upcoming Mental Health First Aid Certification training!

To ensure a successful training experience for everyone, please follow the instructions below to copy, customize and share the following messages with learners at/within the recommended time frames:


Email #1 – Recruiting Learners: To be sent to your staff while recruiting learners for an upcoming course.

Step one – Subject line: Copy the following subject line and paste it into the subject field of a new message.

We are excited to invite you to #BeTheDifference and join a global network of Mental Health First Aiders through the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) at Work Certification training.

Just as CPR helps you assist someone having a heart attack, MHFA equips you to support those experiencing a mental health or substance use-related challenge or crisis.

In the MHFA course, you will learn:

  • Risk factors and warning signs of mental health and substance use challenges.
  • Strategies for helping in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
  • Where to turn for help.

Registration Instructions:

To begin, be on the lookout for an enrollment email from notifications@learnupon.com to register for your upcoming certification on the MHFA Workspace platform. Then, follow instructions to access materials and evaluations.

Be on the lookout for more information on next steps following your MHFA at Work Certification registration.

Step four – Edit: Edit the copy to include the appropriate course information.

Thank you for attending the Instructor-led Certification training! Be sure to return to MHFA Connect at Work to complete your final requirements:

  • Complete the post-evaluation.
  • Download the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certificate.
  • Add the Mental Health First Aider badge to your signature (as approved by your organization).
