The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) has received a five-year, $8.1 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to support teachers, schools and communities in recognizing and responding to mental health concerns among youth.
